Deeded to the City of Houston and the Houston Park Board by the Brown Foundation, Herman Brown Park is a 740-acre green space located only 12 miles from Downtown Houston. The land was selected by George R. Brown and purchased with the goal to preserve the land for Houstonians’ enjoyment.
L-DS was commissioned to develop a master plan for HPARD Herman Brown Park and design the initial improvements in order to launch an incremental implementation process.
