L-DS was commissioned by the client to provide programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration of a corporate relocation/renovation project. This high end interior design effort included full structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design coordination services.
Along with consultants, L-DS strategically planned the relocation and the renovation of the gas and power trading business unit, executive and legal team offices and a high end interior design. The most extensive portion of the project included IT infrastructure and systems back design/coordination. This 25,000 SF building houses the company’s corporate office located in downtown Houston.
